The EXPEED image-processing engine built into the camera achieves superior image quality, and the Dual Detect Optical VR, which provides a level of vibration reduction equivalent to a 5.0-stop^*3 increase in shutter speed, enables sharp and clear images, even with hand-held telephoto shooting.

SnapBridge is the Nikon app that seamlessly connects a smart device^*1 to a Nikon digital camera via Bluetooth^® connection. One-time setup enables a constant Bluetooth^® connection^*2 between the smart device and camera, automatically downloading pictures to the smart device as they are taken with the camera.
